On its forty-sixth anniversary (born in 1976) TALDE PROMOCIÓN Y DESARROLLO, S.C.R., S.A. has held its Annual General Meeting in which it has distributed 0.5 euros per share charged to the 2021 profits, or in other words, the shareholder has received an 8.32% return after having contributed more than 2.6 million euros to Reserves
Talde is involved in 12 companies, in some of them, such as the engineering company Cinsa (Eptisa), in which it was a founder and has been involved for more than 20 years. It also participates in the following funds: Talde Capital Crecimiento, F.C.R. (fund with 102 million euros); Talde Capital Crecimiento II, F.C.R. (150 million euros) and Talde Deuda Alternativa, FILPE (100 million euros), and is a reference shareholder in Talde Gestión, S.G.E.I.C., S.A., a management company with own funding of more than 5.4 million euros.
Talde Group has a majority of its founding investors, as well as national and international investors including families, pension funds, insurance companies and funds of funds, as well as the Official Credit Institute (OCI).
In the words of its Chairman, José Mª Zalbidegoitia, we are in a new economic cycle in which many important references have changed: inflation, rising interest rates, the crisis of globalization, restrictions on free trade, famine, scarcity of natural resources, the energy crisis resulting from war and the problems of climate change.
The situation of the investments is generally healthy, with no investments in a worrying situation.
Talde faces 2023 and the second half of 2022 with good expectations and resources to invest and plans to operate in new areas.
The ESG Report was presented at the General Shareholders' Meeting, which in this case was also a pioneer in the sector. It also signed and assumed the principles contemplated in PRI, a United Nations initiative for the development of a network of investors who assume responsible investment principles to contribute to a more sustainable world.
